But what is breathing? Breathing is the natural process that man has to live. It must be free, effortless, enjoyable and enjoyable. Your breathing is shallow, shallow

Is your breathing tight and hurried?
Is it sometimes painful for you to breathe?
If the answer is yes, even to one of the above questions, then it is time to change the way you breathe, so that you can easily and effectively manage tensions and have the best performance. Achieve your goals easily and effortlessly!
